About the treatment
When most teeth in a jaw are missing or failing, replacing them one by one is rarely the best answer. All-on-4 and All-on-6 place four or six implants in the jaw and fix a full arch of teeth onto them. The teeth do not come out, and they are cleaned in place like natural teeth.
At Sterling, full-arch cases are planned up front with a CBCT scan, CAD/CAM design and the in-house lab working together. You leave the first visit, of about 7–14 days, with your implants and a fixed temporary bridge, or a removable denture while the implants heal if your bone does not allow a fixed bridge on the day. About 3–6 months later, once the implants have bonded with the bone, a second visit of about two weeks fits the final bridge.

Consultation & CBCT scan
A full examination and a 3D scan of both jaws.

Digital plan
Implant positions and the new arch are designed on screen, and you see the plan before treatment.

Implant placement
Four or six implants are placed under local anaesthesia; sedation is available.

Fixed temporary teeth
A fixed temporary bridge, made in the in-house lab, is fitted within days of surgery.

Healing
Over about 3–6 months the implants bond with the bone. You go home with your temporary teeth.

Your final bridge
On a second visit of about two weeks, the final bridge is fitted and adjusted for bite and comfort.

Full-Mouth Dental Implants: common questions
What is the difference between All-on-4 and All-on-6?+
Both support a full fixed arch. All-on-4 uses four implants and suits most patients with adequate bone; All-on-6 uses six when a case needs extra support. Your CBCT scan shows which is right for you.
How long does it take?+
Two visits. The first, about 7–14 days, covers the scan, the implants and a fixed temporary bridge. The second, about 3–6 months later, takes about two weeks for the final bridge.
Are the teeth removable?+
No. They are fixed to the implants and cleaned in place. Only your dentist removes them, for professional maintenance.
How many trips will I need from abroad?+
Two. You leave the first trip (about 7–14 days) with fixed temporary teeth, and come back about 3–6 months later for about two weeks to have the final bridge fitted. Message us on WhatsApp to plan your dates.
What does it cost?+
At Sterling, a full arch is ₹3,50,000–6,00,000 per jaw. The number of implants, the material, whether guided surgery is needed and whether grafting is needed change it; your written quote follows a CBCT scan.
What is full-mouth rehabilitation?+
Rebuilding all or most of the teeth in one or both jaws. When most teeth are missing or failing, Sterling usually does this with All-on-4 or All-on-6: four or six implants holding a full, fixed arch of teeth that is cleaned in place like natural teeth.
