What is the difference between veneers and crowns?+
A veneer is a thin shell on the front of a tooth; a crown covers the whole tooth. Veneers change appearance; crowns also restore strength to a damaged tooth.
Can I see the result before treatment?+
Your dentist will explain the planned result, and in many cases can show a preview before permanent work begins.
How long does a smile makeover take?+
It depends on what is included. A few veneers can take a couple of visits; a larger case is planned over several. You get a timeline with your plan.
Do veneers damage my teeth?+
Veneers need a small amount of enamel preparation, which your dentist keeps to a minimum and discusses with you first.
